The Ginger B run in the City To Surf Perth was a success! There wasn't much time to train or prepare, but all went well on the day and more importantly, much needed funds were raised for our nominated charity, Saba Rose Button Foundation. A huge thank you goes to those who donated. Next year we will be even bigger and better with our impact! Bianca Cloghan (Ginger B proprietor) will be running 12km this year in the Chevron City to Surf for Activ, to raise funds for charity Saba Rose Button Foundation. This charity supports young Perth girl Saba who suffered tragic consequences to her health after a flu vaccine in 2010, that has since been recalled as a result. She requires constant and ongoing care as she is now a quadriplegic, has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and vision impairment, among many things. She was perfectly healthy before, it is truly devastating.
