Refund policy
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase. Returns are applicable only at the discretion of Ginger B management, please contact us either via email info@gingerb.com.au or phone 0400 748 518, if you feel there is cause for return of a gift.
To be eligible for a return, the individual items must be unopened and in the same condition that they were received and they must be returned in the original gift packaging (eg. box, ribbon and wood wool).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and confirm if a refund has been approved. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a timeframe determined by your financial institution. If there is reason to reject the refund, we will be in contact to determine an alternative solution.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items are replaced only at the discretion of Ginger B management. If you find there is cause for an item to be replaced please contact us either via email info@gingerb.com.au or phone 0400 748 518. If approved, replacement items will be delivered at no charge.
Return Delivery
To return your gift or product, post to: Ginger B, PO Box 167 Wembley WA 6913. Unless otherwise approved, you are responsible for the return delivery costs and for us receiving the returned gift. Delivery costs are non-refundable and we take no responsibility for a return not being received, therefore delivery services with tracking are recommended. We are not liable for any damage caused in transit to returned products.
Liability
We are not liable for any issues associated with third party providers, you are bound by their terms of service. With respect to our use of courier and postal services, there may be rare instances where due to unforeseen circumstances a gift is not delivered on time, is lost, or it arrives damaged from transit. In these instances whilst we remain not liable, we will endeavour to address the concern satisfactorily. Be assured that we take great care in ensuring our gifts are packaged safely and securely.
