Do you have a minimum order for branded gifts?

We offer a variety of branding options, starting from as little as just 10 gifts. It varies based on the branding options preferred. Please check our Corporate Branding Guide for more detailed information.

Is there a cost to add branding?

Branding is a customised service that does involve some additional time and cost to produce. However, as part of our corporate gift service, we offer value driven branding packages with complimentary inclusions, tiered to volume. Please refer to our Corporate Branding Guide to understand the options available to you.

What is the lead time for branded gifts?

Once your gift brief has been finalised, you can expect a typical lead time of 2-4 weeks for the completion of your gifts, depending on the branding options selected and the time of year. We will advise you during the briefing process of the anticipated lead times, and we will always endeavour to meet deadlines where possible.

Do you offer discount on bulk orders?

Our collections already offer exceptional value in the luxury gift hamper industry, where we provide premium quality gift contents and presentation, together with highly personalised customer service, at very competitive prices.

As such, we do not typically offer bulk discounts, however we do provide lots of added value through our branding bundles, which offer a suite of complimentary inclusions with increased gift volumes. See our Corporate Branding Guide for more details.

What is your cutoff date for Christmas 2024 orders?

Custom branded orders must be arranged a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the required delivery date. Our last day of trade and deliveries is Friday 20th December 2024.

To minimise stress and maximise your preferred gift inclusions, let us help you to prepare early. We recommend briefing us during August to October, to ensure the most seamless experience.
