Knutsford Gourmet, founded by Perth chef Lisa Richards, grew from a small hobby to a fully fledged business of pleasure. Born from a passion for cheese, she created the range of biscuits to complement and pair perfectly with particular varieties of cheese. Made from the finest local ingredients and rolled by hand to perfection.
Quite simply, there are no other crackers like hers! The fennel and sea salt graham crackers have an almost cult following, and the maple syrup and pink peppercorn lavosh are our team favourite, especially when paired with a soft cheese... yum!

Knutsford Gourmet crackers we stock include:
- Fennel & Sea Salt Graham Crackers - A short buttery biscuit perfectly balanced with sweet and salty then complimented using toasted fennel seeds. They are best enjoyed on their own or with a strong blue cheese and mature cheddar.
- Honey & Walnut Lavosh - A thin and crispy savoury wafer biscuit covered in crushed walnuts and drizzled with honey for that sweet and sticky goodness. Best paired with a mild creamy blue, mature soft white, or a Manchego cheese.

Maple Syrup & Pink Peppercorn Lavosh - A thin and crispy savoury wafer biscuit brushed with pure maple syrup, topped with crushed pink peppercorns and complimented with a hint of sea salt. Best paired with an aged goats cheese, creamy blue, or mature soft white cheese.
