The classic negroni cocktail, perfectly premixed and ready to enjoy, courtesy of Republic of Fremantle distillery.

Featuring their full-bodied gin, Campari and a house vermouth blend. The addition of Cascara and Wattleseed brings extra complexity and depth of flavour, whilst highlighting the red fruit and spice notes in the gin.

Simply pour over a large cube of ice - for which we have kindly included the perfect silicone cube ice mould! Then add a slice of fresh orange - perfection!

This classic gin cocktail could not be better presented than in the purpose built gin glass by Denver & Liely, truly elevating the experience.

Lastly, a little chocolate indulgence from Bahen & Co, in harmony with the citrus theme it features orange, together with hazelnuts, and reflects the negroni bitterness with rich 70% cacao.
