The Mount Zero story began in 1946, when farmer and entrepreneur, Jacob Friedman, recognized the Wimmera/Grampians region as prime olive-growing country and began planting some of the first commercial olive groves in Australia. Today Mount Zero draws on produce from the Wimmera and Grampians region, as well as select olive groves across Victoria. Commitment to flavour, sustainable farming and a passion for quality ingredients defines Mount Zero.

LEMON & CHILLI Pitted Green Olives
Juicy pitted Cerignola olives with a Mediterranean twist. Feel the heat from Aleppo chilli and Mount Zero Chilli Agrumato EVOO, and enjoy the delightful tang of preserved lemon, enhanced with savoury oregano. 

LEMON & THYME Mixed Olives
Mount Zero signature blend of mixed olives, dressed in a fresh and zesty marinade of lemon thyme and citrus zest.

ROSEMARY & NATIVE PEPPER Mixed Olives
Tasmanian Native Pepperberry and Grampians Rosemary combine to produce an authentic Australian flavour. Earthy and robust, with an aromatic and pleasant zing.

GREEN OLIVES
Mount Zero's finest green olives stored in their natural brine. The perfect way to garnish a martini, pair with anchovies and a guindilla for a tasty snack, or simply enjoy on their own.
