Every cracker is hand rolled, brushed and topped - amazing! The maple syrup & pink peppercorn lavosh is suited to goats cheese, creamy blues and all soft white cheeses, or alternatively the honey & walnut lavosh is best suited to creamy blues and sheep milk cheeses. Having said that, these crackers are so delicious you can simply devour them - cheese or no cheese! 

The classic accompaniment to cheese that we have come to love and trust is quince paste. This one is made locally in Perth by Golden Whisk, in fresh batches seasonally. It is a true quince paste flavour, and it serves to really elevate the cheese with its sweet and tangy contrast. 

Now, not to forget the all important wine! A wide selection awaits but our recommendations lie with either a fresh sparkling like the Howard Park Petit Jete (especially if enjoying in the afternoon), or a deep, brooding red such as the Leeuwin Estate Art Series Shiraz, especially if enjoying in Winter or later in the evening.
