To begin is a rich red wine from Grace Farm in Western Australia. Blending cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, petit verdot and malbec, it is the perfect red to sink into the evening with... especially with the cheese platter that awaits!

Featuring a beautiful cheese knife set by Tasteology, with each knife suited to different cheeses. Made from stainless steel and resin handles, in a choice of two colour options, they make a stylish statement.

In line with the cheese knives, we also have the perfect cracker! Knutsford Gourmet are a Perth producer focussed on creating the ultimate cheese and cracker pairings. Every cracker is hand rolled, brushed and topped - amazing! The honey & walnut lavosh is featured here, working particularly well with creamy blue cheese, mature soft white cheese or Manchego.

The classic accompaniment to cheese that we have come to love and trust is quince paste. This one is made in Dunsborough by Crunch Preserves, in fresh batches seasonally. Plus, there is the sublimely decadent Truffle Hill truffle honey, delicious drizzled over baked brie or sharp aged cheddar, or served alongside prosciutto and figs - yum!

Additionally, some sweet treats elevate the entertaining board, with delectably soft honey & almond nougat that is perfect to cut into little bite size squares to accompany the savoury goodies, as well the tangy and rich dark chocolate coated confit orange peel pieces, by Bahen & Co chocolate maker in Margaret River.
