Now, along with his children, the family continue to spend hours hand crafting Jerky, experimenting with flavours and recipes they now share with you at The Jolly Jerky Co.

100% West Australian Beef is marinated for 24 hours in fragrant flavours inspired by Thailand. Sweet and savoury spice delivers a light herby taste followed by a kick of delicious Thai heat.
Two Smoke
100% West Australian Beef is marinated for 24 hours then twice smoked with Hickory & Mesquite for a delicate and deep smokey flavour. The perfect snack on the go, while entertaining or enjoying with a beer.
